Principal's Message

Welcome to Madison Elementary School, Home of the Owls!

It is my privilege to serve the community as the principal of Madison Elementary. I am a proud graduate of Massena Central High School, class of 1998 and was awarded degrees through SUNY Potsdam in Education and Educational Leadership. After spending twelve years in the classroom as a sixth-grade ELA teacher, I decided to begin my administrative journey at Madison.

Madison Elementary serves 415 students in grades Prekindergarten to 6th grade. Our dedicated teachers and staff work together to provide a safe environment that fosters our students' academic, social, and emotional growth. We strive to provide meaningful and engaging learning opportunities for our students based on evidence-based practices that fit the needs of our kids and a safe, nurturing environment where they can grow.

We are so very pleased to be an integral part of your child’s learning experience. Our district's mission to Educate, inspire and empower all students to fulfill their potential as learners and citizens guides our way. At Madison, we put your students first and help each individual to realize their own unique potential. We can’t do that without the support of the families and community. We look forward to a partnership that will ensure your child’s success.

It is my goal to create positive relationships with our students and their families. My door is always open and I look forward to serving the Madison Elementary community. Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns at (315) 764-3740 x3400.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Nicole Terminelli
