Dear Parents/Guardians: 

For those students who want to pick up their personal belongings and musical instruments, we will be providing an opportunity for curbside pickup on Friday, March 20, 2020, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at each school.   Given the large number of students we wish to accommodate, it would be appreciated if your requests were limited to the most essential items necessary for your student's education and welfare.
 
Elementary Schools – Pickup Procedure
To expedite this process, please send an email ahead of time to the building secretary of your child’s school.  Email addresses are provided below.  In your email, include the following information:
 
•         Student’s Name
•         Name of Student’s Classroom Teacher
•         Personal Items Requested
•         Musical Instrument Requested
•         Location of Items Requested
•         Approximate time of pickup
•         Chromebook – This will be an opportunity to pick up a Chromebook if you require one and have not already done so.

Note:  When you arrive at the school, please remain in your vehicle, as a staff member will deliver your items to you curbside.  We ask that parents and guardians be patient during this process as we are looking out for the safety of everyone involved.
